Connor Mason started Mase Plumbing 24/7 after years working in domestic plumbing, maintenance and emergency repairs for other companies. He enjoys practical work and solving problems for customers, and he decided to build something of his own based on the kind of service he'd want himself: honest pricing, reliable workmanship, and someone who actually picks up the phone.
Today, the business is run from Raunds in Northamptonshire. Customers get clear communication from the first call to the finished job, with no call centres.
